Come experience a kid-centered yoga session by Crystal Irwin with Oshnik Yoga. Crystal will start by sharing a children's book about yoga. Which is perfect for those kids who are just trying it for the first time + all little yoga lovers. The Oshnik Yoga for Children class is free and mats will be provided, but feel free to bring your own too. 

Parents must accompany children to the class and be present throughout, but do not have to participate unless you want to. It is a super fun family activity. In the event of inclement weather, the class will be moved indoors.
