We’ll learn how to make a delicious, easy summer supper using items from the downtown farmer’s market and other fresh ingredients, and we’ll taste all the dishes made during class. Whether you’re hosting a summer get together or feeding your family, this easy to prepare menu will make you look like a top chef!
Instructor: 
Carrie Riordan is an adventurous home cook who enjoys trying to replicate memorable meals from her travels. She can usually be found at the farmer’s market on Saturday mornings and grows 20 kinds of herbs in her container garden. Feeding the people she loves makes her smile.
